Formerly an integral part of the Poppy Fabric retail operation
(www.poppyfabric.com), which closed its doors after 36 years on September 30, 2007, Poppy Design Services continues to provide the same quality service for all your custom sewing projects.
Poppy Design Services is owned and operated by Patti Popovich, who has managaed and directed all of the Poppy Fabric Design Services since 2001.
Patti has a B.F.A. in Textiles from the California College of Arts, in Oakland, CA. She has worked for Sierra Designs, Title Nine Sports, IKEA Textiles, North Face and Couloir prior to Poppy Fabric.
In addition to designing and printing fabric, Patti has her own line of reconstructed textiles, including one-of-a-kind wearable art garments, and fun, creative animals fashioned from recycled sweaters and other reclaimed materials.
